| 2008-11-14 Orimi Trade brands have received the most prestigious award of National Trade Association The “Brand of the Year” official awarding ceremony conducted by the National Trade Association with the assistance of International Business Association and Chamber of Commerce and Industry took place in Moscow.
The award is given to the most popular (best-selling) commodities from more than 50 claims. The nominated products are determined by the Independent Market Development Group rating agency. The Agency tracks a demand on goods and publishes the data every month in “Trade News” magazine.
This year two of Orimi Trade brands won the national award “Brand of the Year” - “Princess Noori” in tea category and “Jockey” in coffee category. Receiving of this Award symbolizes the recognition of Orimi brands’ leadership at the Russian market.
Having given the “Brand of the Year” award to “Princess Noori” and “Jockey” the National Trade Association has again confirmed the choice of Russian customers, who prefer these tea and coffee brands during many years. The “Jockey” brand is the absolute retail sales leader since 2004, and the “Princess Noori” brand confirms its “the most popular tea in Russia” position since 2005 and its market share is 12,8% to the date.
